Wearing a Fitbit

 

Its been 2 years since I’ve had wearing my fitbit and i must say its very Now I’ve got the Flex 2 fitbit, only thing it’s different is there no time display or heart rate. 
apart from that it does every thing it else.
For me I’m happy with because I’m sight loss so not having aaaaaathe time display is okimressive because there so many fetures and there so many different fitbit out there to suit your needs.

Getting back in to monitor my progress in to doing more, eating better, logging my workouts and more by using my fitbit.  
I usually do 15.000 – 20.000 a day.

You can also up date your track exercise, log food, log sleep, log water, add friends, sxan barcodes, log weight and set alarm.  The great thing is when you achieve more you can get badges to tell you have gone that extra mile.

 

The overall having a fitbit is great, you can do so many things and it not just for people to losing weight.  Its also to have fun and setting a challenge with friends too.
