One thing I’ve doing to keep active, is going to Edinburgh Leisure and doing some glasses or some workouts at the Gym. Recently this year I fell unwell and discovered I have a problem with my heart. Need to cut down and do things a bit easier.

ROWING MACHINE WORKOUT
Before hand, haveing a warm-up then on the Rowing Machine for 10 Minutes.
CROSS TRAINER WORKOUT
Before hand, haveing a warm-up then on the CROSS TRAINER for 10 Minutes.
TREADMILL WORKOUT
Before hand, haveing a warm-up then on the TREADMILL for 10 Minutes.
RECUMBENT EXERCISE BIKE WOTKOUT
Before hand, haveing a warm-up then on the RECUMBENT EXERCISE BIKE for 10 Minutes.
UPRIGHT EXERCISE BIKE
