Going to the Gym

After a year away from the gym as i fell ill in 2018 becasuse i had an infection in my heart and had to take time getting better.

Anyways I went back to Puregym in Edinburgh, gradually working my way in slowly doing the workouts.

I feel that I’m not stronger as before, I get tired so easily and my chest gets tight, then that’s when I knew I’ve done enough for today.

Instead of doing 10 minutes on a workout each time, now I’m just doing 5 minutes and making sure i dont over do it.

I’m on medication for my heart and I feel so much better, that’s why I decided to go back to the gym. I love being back and keeping myself active again.

  • Cross Trainer
  • Rowing Machine
  • Kettlebells
  • Dumbbels
  • Treadmill
  • Seated Leg Press
